Sample order is always welcome. We’d like to recommend you to order one or two samples for quality reference if this is the first cooperation between us.

If you intend to order sample(s), please e-mail your request to sales@isinotech.com, and indicate the information: item numbers, specific color, quantity, shipping and contact information, carrier account number if any. If a sample doesn’t exist, we can make it for you. Please tell us your detailed development requests.

There will be sample charge involved. Normally, sample charge is about 150% higher than volume purchase price. The purpose is to control cost. That is one of the reasons why we can offer you competitive prices always. If you place us mass production order within 60 days, we are able to refund you the difference.

Samples normally shipped via carriers like FedEx, UPS, and DHL. You may appoint your favorite carrier for the shipment. Shipping cost is on customer’s account.
